Transparent pricing, no surprises.
Session Fees
-
A sliding scale fee is available for those who may need a reduced rate. Please don't let cost be the reason you don't reach out — inquire about availability during your free consultation and we'll figure something out together.
-
Each session is booked for one hour, with 50 minutes of direct clinical time. A receipt will be provided following every session for insurance or reimbursement purposes.
-
Payment is accepted via e-transfer, credit card, or cash.
Your insurance likely covers this.
Insurance Coverage
Most extended health benefit plans cover psychotherapy and counselling services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist. While direct billing is not available, a receipt will be issued after each session for you to submit to your provider directly.
Danielle is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Her license number will appear on every receipt.
Before your first session, it's worth contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage eligibility for services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist.

Frequently Asked Questions

We'll begin by going over confidentiality and obtaining your consent through the necessary documents. From there, the work begins — at your pace. The first session can feel nerve-wracking, and that's completely normal. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. Our time together is dedicated entirely to you, and that will always be true.

Most likely, yes. Extended health plans that include coverage for Registered Psychotherapists will typically cover individual sessions. Because direct billing is not available, you'll pay at the time of your session and submit the receipt to your provider for reimbursement. Check with your insurer before your first session to confirm your specific coverage.
-
Therapy sessions are available in person or virtually to provide flexibility and accommodate your preferences and needs. In-person sessions offer the opportunity to meet with your therapist in a private, comfortable office setting, while virtual sessions allow you to access therapy conveniently from a secure location. Both options provide a confidential and supportive space to engage in meaningful therapeutic work.
-
When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full session rate. This policy exists to respect the time and commitment of both of us.
